Free Parenting Classes & Resources in Wichita

Parenting support is offered in person, with flexible scheduling designed to fit your real-life responsibilities.

You’ll meet one-on-one or in small group settings, giving you space to ask questions, build confidence, and grow at your own pace.

In-person sessions are held at Ember Rising in Wichita and are open to expectant parents and new parents. Childcare is available during appointments, depending on availability.

When you’re facing a pregnancy decision or major life transition, you may need more than information. You may need real, tangible support.

Ember Rising connects clients to trusted community resources, including:

• Adoption agency connections
• Domestic violence advocates
• Medical referrals
• Financial assistance programs
• Housing and transitional housing support
• Legal assistance referrals
• WIC enrollment support
• Medicaid enrollment support
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Help obtaining birth certificates

We don’t just hand you a list and send you on your way. During your appointment, we help you create a plan and walk with you as you take the next steps.

Partners are welcome to attend appointments, giving them space to ask questions, understand their options, and be involved throughout pregnancy and parenting.

Additional support includes one-on-one life coaching, men’s groups, fatherhood mentorship, and practical guidance for navigating relationships and responsibility. Services are offered individually and in group settings, creating space for honest conversation and real growth.
