When you support Ember Rising with a gift of $250 or more, you may qualify for a 70% Kansas state tax credit through the Kansas Pregnancy Resource Act.
Please keep the following important details in mind:
- The Kansas Pregnancy Resource Act Tax Credit Application must be completed.
- Submit the completed application to Ember Rising for processing.
- A tax credit directly reduces the amount of state tax you owe — it is not the same as a tax deduction.
- Any unused portion of your credit may be carried forward for up to five (5) years.
- The State of Kansas limits total available credits to $10 million annually. Credits are issued to qualifying donors on a first-come, first-served basis until the cap is reached.
